Line 1: Marker names. A subscript is appended to each marker name, indicating the chromosome on which the marker appears. Subsequent lines: the first five columns provide the individual identification number, population identification number, population, geographic location of the population, and major group for the population (Europe, Jewish, Middle East). Subsequent columns indicate the microsatellite repeat score, in the same order as in Line 1. Missing data is denoted by -9. For each individual two consecutive lines are used to indicate the diploid genotypes of the individual.
